Using a brassica mustard &#8211; a European style seeded mustard &#8211; in your dressing really adds a decadent crunch to this salad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-roast-beets\">How to Roast Beets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 400 \u00b0F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wash small beets and cut off the top and bottom. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. It has become so mainstream now that you can find 4 or 5 different kinds at almost every grocery store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you look closely at this salad, you can see that I chose a herb crusted\u00a0ch\u00e8vre, which just made this salad sing.
